West Orange Habitat for Humanity and The Rotary of Windermere held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the start of House #21, being built in Winter Garden, FL for Fernando and Karen Jackman family. It took place on Saturday, February 24, 2007. This is the third Habitat home sponsored by the Rotary and the seventh in Winter Garden. This house has been named "The House That Jack Built" in memory of Jack Fain, past President of WOHFH. The building team for this project will be primarily Habitat volunteers.
